Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG) Service 

We have qualified IAG advisers who are available to give free, independent, impartial and confidential information and advice so you get all the help that you are entitled to. We also provide information and advice on the cost-of-living.

We can sign post / refer people to local food banks across Tower Hamlets.

We offer a range of information, advice, and guidance in a confidential environment including:

Universal Credit, Tax Credit, Pensions Credit, Employment Support Allowance, Disability Living Allowance (DLA), Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Attendance Allowance (AA), Carers Allowance, etc.

Housing Allowance & Council Tax Support Claims, Rent & Council Tax Arrears, Benefit Overpayments.

 

Housing Matters

Housing Application, Homelessness, Evictions, Disrepair & Overcrowding.
